What is coaching . . .
Coaching is the process we use to grow. Growing, of course, can look different for each person, each business. So I approach each client from their unique perspective and challenges, moving forward from a holistic point of view then target your specific needs and challenges.
I help my clients in many ways. Some clients are challenged to develop a clear vision for their business, while others appreciate my expertise in helping to remove the blocks to creative thinking.
The process provides a series of tools from in-depth discussions, brainstorming and exercises, to specific writing assignments. From these, you will gain a sharper focus on career objectives and create a clear strategy that enables you to achieve your goals.
